Cancellation, return and refund

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email. An informal notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

Return of goods

Please return the items to us within 14 days of your cancellation . The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You will receive the return address and instructions after contacting our customer service.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are not covered and must be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods were damaged or incorrect.

Refund

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Please note:

• Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from exchange or return.
